MADISON, Wisconsin- The first place I visited for cheese curds was the Farmer’s Market on the square by the Capitol. Here, I stopped by the Bleu Mont Dairy stand to purchase some fresh cheese curds.

Three people voted that they enjoyed fresh cheese, even though only one person mentioned this vendor specifically. As I came up to the vendor, I saw that they had fresh cheese curds out for anyone to sample. This is a big hit at the farmers market because most people like to get samples before buying any products.

Once I tasted the cheese curds, I noted the fresh taste and squeakiness curds. I could tell that the cheese curds were recently made. I really enjoyed these fresh cheese curds, and it is nice preview to fried cheese curds.
