MADISON, Wisconsin- Another restaurant I visited to try the cheese curds was Graze located by the capitol building. My parents were in town, so we went here to eat for my birthday that was on the 27th.
MADISON, Wisconsin- Another restaurant I visited to try the cheese curds was Graze located by the capitol building. My parents were in town, so we went here to eat for my birthday that was on the 27th.
At Graze, we got an order of the fried Hook's cheese curds that included a vodka batter on the cheese curds and a side of house ranch. I really enjoyed the crispy quality of the breading on the cheese curds. That is what made these cheese curds very unique. The ranch dip was homemade and very tasty.
Overall, the fried cheese curds from Graze restaurant were excellent. The batter on the curds and the house ranch really excelled the fried cheese curds.
