Beckets Restaurant

OSHKOSH, Wisconsin- Beckets Restaurant was the first place I went to after I decided to recommence this ethnographic photo essay on cheese curds.
Last year, before I first started the project, I had tried these cheese curds, and they were delectable. Again, the fried cheese curds were excellent.
The Wisconsin white cheddar cheese curds were served on a bead of fresh, green lettuce with a side of a sweet chutney. Dipping the cheese curds in the chutney was good, but I usually just enjoy a simple fried cheese curd without a dipping sauce. However, I also really enjoy garlic aioli with cheese curds.
These fried cheese curds were excellent, and I would go back anytime to Beckets Restaurant to eat them.
